Your order will be accepted once payment is processed and the item is dispatched.

We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Italy, Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, France, Australia, Finland, and Sweden.

Processing time: Same business day

Shipping time:

  • UK: 1–3 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
  • International: 2–11 working days (DPD Local Tracked)

6. Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and free from visible wear.

Please note:

  • Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Customised orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
